Kiesza releases new single ‘Sound of A Woman’

Following her triumphant breakthrough in 2014, Kiesza returns with new single ‘Sound Of A Woman’, released on 10th May via Virgin EMI Records.

An ode to love, a missive to heartbreak and a dedication to the dance floor, ‘Sound Of A Woman’ adopts a re-working from a new collaboration from two of the country’s most influential producers who have made a significant difference to UK music, under the moniker of ‘The AKA Orange Remix’, bringing their acclaimed skillset to offer a beat-laden, hand-raising anthem fit for dance floors to festivals and beyond, throughout 2015.

Kiesza’s standout debut album also titled ‘Sound Of A Woman’ includes her platinum selling debut single ‘Hideaway’ – one of the biggest selling singles of 2014, having amassed over 220 million hits on YouTube, it is still a sure-fire dance floor-filler. With 30 iTunes No.1’s under her belt and further chart success from club smashes ‘Giant In My Heart’ and ‘No Enemiesz’, Kiesza has firmly cemented her status as one of the most exciting new debut artists of the last 12 months.

Not content with chart domination Kiesza, has also been working with industry heavyweights Joey Bada$$, Diplo, Skrillex and Missy Elliott to name but a few, alongside recording a new track for the latest DreamWorks animation film, Home which will also include acts such as Rihanna & Charli XCX and Feel The Lighta track she wrote for Jennifer Lopez – due for release later this month.

Ahead of her return to the UK, Kiesza is currently smashing packed out sets at Australia’s Future Music Festival, following the success of her recent sold out European tour. With further Sound Of A Woman remixes to come from Shift K3Y, DJ S.K.T and Lokal Legend’s Listenbee – Kiesza returns to the UK this march for her biggest headline tour to date, before heading to the States for a back-to-back US tour.
